Associate Attorney

Crystal M. Rodriguez joined Rosenstein & Associates in October 2024 as a paralegal. Since then, she has become an Associate Attorney, licensed to practice law in the State of California in November 2024.

Ms. Rodriguez grew up in the Inland Empire, and attended Santa Clara University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with an emphasis in Pre-Law and a minor in International Business. She is also a graduate of University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor with Distinction. Ms. Rodriguez completed an externship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of California and participated in McGeorge School of Law’s Bankruptcy clinic.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Rodriguez was a paralegal at a global business immigration firm for 2 years. Her background includes working in immigration, bankruptcy, and real estate partitioning.

Ms. Rodriguez looks forward to giving back to the community she grew up in, providing quality services in bankruptcy and transaction matters.
