Robert B. Rosenstein is the founder and managing shareholder of The Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 1979 and is licensed to practice law before the United States District Courts (Central, Northern and Southern Districts), the United States Bankruptcy Courts (Central, Northern and Southern Districts), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court.

Paul N. Evenson became a shareholder at Rosenstein & Associates in January 2023. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 2008. Mr. Evenson is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Central, Southern and Eastern Districts of California and the United States Tax Court.

Vanessa Kamau recently joined Rosenstein & Associates. She is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in litigation, employment law, business matters, and corporate counseling.

Amanda Przybyla has been employed with The Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates since January 2018. Ms. Przybyla began her employment as a legal assistant and was promoted to a litigation paralegal role.

Mayra Prado is the firm’s Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Michelle Sanchez serves as a Legal Assistant, providing essential support to our attorneys and helping keep the firm’s day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Alana Vaxman serves as Director of Marketing, overseeing the firm’s branding, website, SEO, social media, advertising, newsletters, events, and print and digital marketing.
