Robert B. Rosenstein

Robert B. Rosenstein is the founder and managing shareholder of The Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 1979 and is licensed to practice law before the United States District Courts (Central, Northern and Southern Districts), the United States Bankruptcy Courts (Central, Northern and Southern Districts), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Rosenstein is a member of the American Bar Association, Southwest Riverside County Bar Association, and the Riverside County Bar Association. He received his undergraduate education at California State University Northridge, graduating in 1976, and received his legal education from Southwestern University School of Law, graduating in 1979. Mr. Rosenstein is an experienced business attorney and over the years has assisted clients in the management, growth, and reorganization of their businesses. Mr. Rosenstein has developed an expertise in working with clients to assist them in forming and growing their businesses. The legal assistance that he provides to the clients of Rosenstein & Associates includes legal services relating to business formations; drafting of contracts; negotiating leases, the filing for trademarks and copyrights; and resolving tax problems including audits and tax litigation. Robert B. Rosenstein is also an experienced litigator handling business and transactional disputes. Mr. Rosenstein has served on several committees of the American Bar Association, including the Committees of Taxation, Sole Practice and Corporations. Mr. Rosenstein served as the Vice Chairman of the Small and Emerging Business section of the American Bar Association. Over the years, Mr. Rosenstein has been a member of the Small Business, Corporations, Environmental Law and Taxation sections of the California State Bar. As an accomplished lawyer, Mr. Rosenstein helped prepare the outline and reviewed the first edition of the American Bar Association’s book for business titled The American Bar Association Legal Guide for Small Business. Mr. Rosenstein is currently a member of the American Bar Association Advisory Panel, which provides advice and insight to the American Bar Association pertaining to various legal and professional matters concerning the practice of law throughout the United States. As a seasoned attorney, with the goal of aiding the community, Robert has during the last 30 years volunteered his time by serving as a Judge Pro-Tem in both Riverside and Los Angeles Counties during his career. Mr. Rosenstein is active in the business community. He is a current member and former board member of the Economic Development Coalition, a member of the Murrieta-Temecula Group, treasurer on the Board of Directors of Temple Beth Sholom, a member of the Advisory Board of the Assistance League in Temecula, was a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for California State University San Marcos. He is serving his 10th year as a member of the Board of Directors of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce and was a board member of the Temecula Theater Foundation. Mr. Rosenstein also served on the Board of Directors of JDS Academy. Robert is also the legal advisor to the City of Temecula’s Legal Scholars Program and has been on the advisory board to Mt. San Jacinto College’s legal program. In addition to volunteering his time to serve the local community organizations, individually and through Rosenstein & Associates, he has given free or discounted legal assistance to various local organizations such as Habitat for Humanity of Inland Valley and scouting organizations such as the local Explorers post. Being a husband and father of five, Mr. Rosenstein knows the value of hard work and dedication. The goal of practicing law in a firm based upon ethics and professionalism is a key principle upon which he lives his life.
Paul N. Evenson

Paul N. Evenson became a shareholder at Rosenstein & Associates in January 2023. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 2008. Mr. Evenson is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Central, Southern and Eastern Districts of California and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Evenson is a native to Southern California, and attended Chapman University of Orange, California, where he received a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting, with a dual emphasis in finance and business management. He is also a graduate of Chapman University School of Law, where he received a certificate in taxation and dispute resolution. Mr. Evenson completed externships with the Board of Equalization and the Huntington Beach City Attorney’s Office. His practice is focused on representing clients in a variety of business related matters, including negotiating and drafting contracts, employment disputes, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation matters, completing business reorganizations both through chapter 11 bankruptcies and outside of the Bankruptcy Court, formation of business entities, estate planning and various tax matters and disputes. Prior to joining Rosenstein & Associates, Paul was a partner at Hitzeman & Evenson, and prior to that was an associate with the Law Offices of Rosenstein & Hitzeman, An Association of Professional Law Corporations for over 5 years. Paul’s background also includes one and one half years as an Associate with Dumitt, Buchholz & Trapp. His practice focused on medical malpractice defense, mostly defending hospitals, nurses and doctors when they were sued for malpractice. He also spent over two years, first as a law clerk and then as an associate attorney, with the Law Offices of Mark Peacock in Newport Beach, California. His practice focused on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. As an active member of our growing community, Mr. Evenson’s goal is to provide high quality, competent and, most importantly, ethical legal services to those businesses and individuals living in and serving our community. He wishes to help the community in which his family with grow to continue its growth and prosperity.
Daniel A. Thompson

Daniel A. Thompson is an employment law and business litigation attorney with jury trial and arbitration experience. His academic accolades include a Juris Doctor from Western Sierra Law School and an LL.M. in Public Law and Policy from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. As one of eight children born to a small business owner, Mr. Thompson understands the struggles of small and family-owned businesses. Growing up in Fallbrook, Mr. Thompson experienced first-hand the growth of business in Temecula and the surrounding areas. His familiarity with government and business is what inspired him to become a business lawyer. In May 2020, Mr. Thompson published a book titled, Land of Liability: A Guide for California Employers. Relying on his many years of experience as a litigator, Land of Liability helps small business owners navigate through the landmines of California labor laws. The book should be essential reading for any California employer and can be purchased through Amazon as a paperback or eBook. In July 2019, Mr. Thompson was named one of the “Top 100 Attorneys” in the area of employment law by the American Academy of Attorneys. As a Temecula employment lawyer, Mr. Thompson has an impressive track record of defending wrongful termination and discrimination lawsuits. Other areas of expertise include retaliation, harassment, unpaid wages and meal and rest period violations. Mr. Thompson has gained a reputation as a proficient leader in the field of employment law. He remains up to date on current issues involving the employment relationship so he can advise his business clients about changes to the law. In addition to litigation, Mr. Thompson offers a wide range of business services directed at ensuring that his business clients are compliant with state and federal law. These services include drafting employee handbooks and contracts, presenting employee trainings, participating in alternative dispute resolution and conducting workplace investigations. During his legal career, Mr. Thompson has represented corporations, public entities and individuals throughout California, including Riverside, San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura and San Bernardino counties. Mr. Thompson has litigated cases in federal and state court and has found success in front of a jury. Mr. Thompson is also an accomplished author and publisher. In 2013, he published “Peter Pomperfield and the Battle for Grandma’s House,” which was followed by two sequels, “Siege of Fair Oak Elementary” and “War for Camp Willalacky.” In addition, Mr. Thompson has republished many books that were seemingly lost to history, including two books written by his great grandfathers in the 1800s. He remains a dedicated author and plans to publish more books in the future. He and his wife, Michelle, have been married over 13 years and have four children. Michelle is an elementary school teacher in the Temecula/Murrieta community. In his spare time, which is rare, Mr. Thompson enjoys sports, retro videogaming and playing guitar.
Sylvia Ramirez

Sylvia Ramirez is an administrative assistant at Rosenstein & Associates. She has over 20 years of experience as a legal secretary specializing in Transactional law. Ms. Ramirez has been with the firm since its inception. Prior to working for Rosenstein & Associates, she was employed at Rosenstein & Hitzeman AAPLC and prior to that, she was employed at DLA Piper, US LLP for 16 years. Ms. Ramirez earned a paralegal certificate from Miramar College in San Diego, CA. Ms. Ramirez and her husband pastor Real Christian Community in Perris, California where they are active in their community with various programs for family, youth, married couples and other community involvement such as a member of the City of Perris Cops & Clergy and helping to feed the citizens of Perris with food distribution. Ms. Ramirez was raised in San Diego and moved with her family to the Inland Empire in 2004 where she and her husband have raised their two children who are now in college.

Amanda Przybyla has been employed with The Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates since January 2018. Ms. Przybyla began her employment as a legal assistant and was promoted to a litigation paralegal role. Ms. Przybyla received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2011 and she is also a Notary Public commissioned in the State of California since 2019. Ms. Przybyla enjoys taking trips with her husband in her free time.
Roman Vaxman
Operations Manager

Mr. Vaxman is the Operations Manager for Rosenstein & Associates and has been in the Operations field for well over a decade. Roman’s experience includes working in the managers training department at Domino’s Pizza in Israel. In operating Pavo Inc, an Israeli Microbrewery located in the beautiful Zichron Yaa’qov. Roman has also managed various restaurants across Israel. Mr. Vaxman served 4 years in the IDF and was also a member of the IDF reserve corp until he moved to the United States 2 years ago.
